    Yes. However, I only accept 15 to 20 women due to the 1 to 1 personalization and to keep the experience intimate so you can get the support you need throughout the program.

  • WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL I BE EATING?

    Quite simply real food.  The kind you can easily find at your local grocery store.  Cherry Chia Pudding, Mango Peanut StirFry, Shepherd's Pie, Chocolate.  Yes, I said chocolate!  More importantly, this system places a strong importance on nutrition education so you will learn why certain foods help revamp your metabolism and fight 'diet resistant' fat more than others. 

  • WHAT IF I HAVE BIRTHDAYS AND A HOLIDAY COMING UP?

    That is amazing!  Life is full of events and occasions that could make you feel deprived and have family members wondering what diet you are on now!  Good thing the 3M system is not a DIET and can be easily adapted to everyday life that includes business lunches, birthdays, and vacations.  I will show you how.

    No problem.  3M is based on meal strategies, not meal plans. Everything in the 3M System is easy to switch out and substitute. We even have a guide to show you how.  Once you find what you like you can substitute as needed.

    Life is not perfect.  Kids get sick, you get sick, and/or you go away.  If you fall off or take a break, it's easy to jump right back on track!

    This is why we also have a 16 week (4th month) follow-up call as you also have access to the private group for 6 months.  The goal is to achieve your desired outcome and make sure it is ebbing in your life.
