The boring stuff about me is that...
I have over 25 years of experience in Functional and Performance Nutrition. I am also a certified Personal Trainer, functional fitness expert, and certified Epigenetics Consistency Coach.
In a previous life chapter, I was a D1 Athlete, a Strength and Conditioning All-American, and a Professional Indoor and Beach Volleyball player.
The exciting stuff about me is...
I have 2 kids that are active in a variety of sports - house league to AAA-level.
