Yes and no.  We will be covering specific principles based on the physiology of kids 13 to 16.  Will that mean you will not be able to apply for your kids 17 to 99? No, nutritional science has universal principles.
Nope. Though performance nutrition is very personal (even for our littles) it is based on foundational principles and 100% can be applied to other in-season sports.
Who has time for that? Any recipes I recommend are 100% family-friendly and are quick and easy to prepare!  I am also a busy mom of two and do not want to be tied to my kitchen every day.Â
Not only will I be there providing support, but I am also your biggest cheerleader!  That is what the Private Facebook Group is all about! You can ask any question at any time, and I will be sure to respond within 24 hours or sooner.
