About Your Coach...

I'm a 49 yr old Mom of 2 (3 if you count hubby).

As a woman over 40 transformation specialist, I help busy, athletic women lose the energy-zapping hormonal fluff.  This is done by enhancing nutrition and exercise skills as well as working on life integration and neuro re-alignment.

We do this by using a blend of 1 to 1 attention with a group coaching atmosphere.  This allows women to simply apply new habits into their life without overwhelm.

 

This brand new, fresh workshop is a culmination of EVERYTHING I’ve learned from years of personal and professional experience - when trying to find the time to focus on what is important to me.
