The boring stuff about me is that...

I have over 25 years of experience in Functional and Performance Nutrition. I am also a certified Personal Trainer, functional fitness expert, and certified Epigenetics Consistency Coach.

In a previous life chapter, I was a D1 Athlete, a Strength and Conditioning All-American, and a Professional Indoor and Beach Volleyball player.

The exciting stuff about me is...

I have 2 kids (3 if you count hubby) that are active in a variety of sports - house league to AAA-level.

I created this guide because I know that there are a million other parents like me who love to watch their kids compete, are busy driving here there, and everywhere, and are tight on time but want to make sure they are nourishing their athletes to help them perform at their best.
